Smart Advocate Case Export (.xlsx)
Platform: Smart Advocate (desktop application) Date range: January 1, 2026 to today (or desired period)
Steps:
1. Open Smart Advocate and go to Reports
2. Select the case export report (webDGCase or equivalent)
3. Set date range to desired period
4. Include ALL case statuses (do not filter by status)
5. Click Export as Excel (.xlsx)
6. Save with a descriptive name like SA_Export_Mar2026.xlsx

Note: Settlement data is often incomplete in SA exports. If settlements are tracked elsewhere, revenue figures on the dashboard will be understated. This is clearly noted in the dashboard methodology.
Tip: Save exports to a shared Google Drive folder called "Dashboard Exports" with monthly subfolders for a clean audit trail.
Monthly Marketing Spend
Enter your actual monthly spend by channel. Used to calculate CPL and Cost per Signed Case. Leave blank for organic/unpaid channels.
